A web-based enterprise application for high-volume, multi-layered data archiving across complex hierarchies, with optimized indexing, real-time sync, and secure cloud storage. It supports advanced media uploads with metadata tagging, dynamic taxonomy management, reporting modules, and modular inventory tracking with version control. Dedicated workflows for data entry and inventory operators include nested fields, validation rules, traceable logs, and tiered approval flows.
Given the system’s complexity, we adopted a modular architecture to enable rapid customization without disrupting core functionality. The UI was designed for flexibility, including light and dark modes, with intuitive, color-coded labels to support ease of navigation, particularly for entry-level users.
