We responded quickly when COVID-19 struck, creating a tool that balanced urgency with dignity. The design prioritized privacy due to the stigma surrounding the virus, and aimed to automate health check-ins in a way that felt personal and human. Every feature, from symptom tracking to real-time updates, was informed by this approach.
