The prototype automates immunization data entry by using machine learning algorithms to convert providers' speech in Urdu into digital records, simplifying data management for healthcare providers. It was developed and tested through on-site observations at vaccination centers.
We followed a human-centered design approach, aligning interface logic with healthcare workers’ workflows. The solution was engineered to reduce manual entry burden while maintaining contextual accuracy and usability in clinical settings.
